Bay Area cidery Sincere Cider is kicking off summer with the release of Peach, a limited seasonal cider launching June 1. Bright and juicy with ripe peach flavor and soft acidity, it’s an easy warm-weather sipper designed for sunny afternoons and patio hangs.
The female-founded cidery also continues its wildfire restoration initiative with the release: for every case sold, Sincere plants a tree in a California burn scar. The company says it has planted more than 10,000 trees to date.
Peach ($13 / 4-pack) will be available online and at select California retailers for a limited time.
