Scrumpy Select: 2 Towns Nice & Naughty Imperial Spiced Apple

October is a month of transition in the Pacific Northwest, from the summer sun to the autumn rain and the return of the winter holiday season. And as the summer cools off, the local cider folk have a chance to warm us back up with seasonal beverages that pair just fine with a blustery stay-at-home kind of day.

2 Towns Ciderhouse, located in Corvallis, Oregon, has a seasonal that knows what fall and winter is all about. Their Nice & Naughty Imperial Spiced Apple is a holiday in a bottle, spiced up with cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. It is just what you expect from beginning to end in a fall seasonal, in the most comforting way possible. Crisp apple and an easy carbonation let the spices take the forefront, but make their appearance and linger in the mouth near the end. Great for sipping on its own, or paired with family, friends and a warm blanket!
