Apple Hill has released its 2025 Henrietta Stich Reserve Peach Hard Cider, a limited-production cider made with Arkansas Black apples grown at Delfino Farms.
The cider is barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in neutral French oak, then co-fermented with peaches from neighboring Goldbud Farms. Aged sur lees and bottle carbonated, it offers a lively, refreshing palate with a subtle peach finish.
Hand bottled and hand labeled, Henrietta Stich joins Apple Hill’s Heritage and Blackberry ciders, with just 99 cases produced.
