Eden Ciders
’ Imperial 11° Rosé | Newport, Vt.

Featuring a blend of 12 apples thoughtfully sourced from four regional farms, Eden Cider’s Imperial 11° Rosé is infused with tannic red currants and sweetened by an addition of ice cider. The result is full and well-structured, off-dry and petillant, with luscious notes of ripe red fruit.

Shacksbury’s
Organic Rosé | Vergennes, Vt. 

To create their popular Organic Rosé, Champlain Valley’s Shacksbury blends their Organic Classic dry cider with organic juice from Spanish red wine grapes, which lends the final product a gorgeous color and welcome notes of dark fruit.

Champlain Orchard Cidery’s Foxboro Rosé | Shoreham, Vt. 

Champlain Orchard Cidery — known for their easy-drinking cans — offers a balanced taste of New England’s bounty from their family-owned orchard overlooking Lake Champlain with Foxboro Rosé. Foxboro cranberries and Vermont maple syrup come together amiably in this sweet-tart, semi-dry modern cider.

Fable Farm Fermentory’s 2018 Vinous Venus | Barnard, Vt.

A true rosé-slash-cider, Fable Farm Fermentory’s apple-grape co-ferment Vinous Venus features foraged grape pomace as well as fresh grapes and ages in barrels for a year. This dry sparkler has a pale rose hue and zippy acid.
