Anthem Cherry Cider

by | May 25, 2016

Under parent company Wandering Aengus Ciderworks, Salem, Oregon’s Anthem Cider has been using Washington- and Oregon-grown dessert apples to craft elixirs true to the Northwest since 2010. Also featuring hops (yes, hopped cider!) and fresh-pressed juices from fruits like Bosc and Anjou pears as well as tart pie and sweet Bing cherries, Anthem’s lineup is as diverse as it is delicious.

Said cherries star in Anthem Cherry, a semi-dry style cider with a punch of dark berries and a lingering tartness offering the backwoods side of the fruit. While cherry flavoring often takes on a medicinal character, this sipper is nothing of the sort, capturing the essence of crisp fermented apples with a dappling of cherry pie on the palate – a dynamic ensuring bliss with each sip.
