Review: Stormalong Cider Light of the Sun

If you aren’t already awake when you take a sip of Stormalong Cider‘s Light of the Sun, you undoubtedly will be after this tart and hop-fueled cider hits your palate. Northern Spy, Idared, Golden Delicious and Jonagold apples are pressed fresh then dry-hopped twice before receiving an infusion of zest from blood oranges and Ruby Red grapefruits.
