An open call for submissions for the Fifth Annual Cidercraft Awards shipped in a myriad of 500+ ciders from across the globe, which were blind tasted by cider industry experts, researchers, growers, writers, producers and pommeliers to determine the top medalists in each category, plus runners-up labeled as Judges’ picks. The results will be laid out in the Volume 18 print issue out in March, plus regional profiles, cidermaker Q&As, cocktails for every season, pairings, and more.
