While Goose Ridge still holds producing estate wine as their primary focus, the ciders coming out of this Washington state winery are second to none. Light, crisp, clean and incredibly refreshing, this Apple Cider is made from Cosmic Crisp apples. Cosmic Crisp was the product of 20 years of research, resulting in breeding Enterprise and Honeycrisp apples. They’re still a relatively new apple, and for now, they’re local to Washington state. Luckily, Goose Ridge has access to these unique apples in their orchards to harness their incredibly juicy flavor to produce an impeccably balanced cider for easy sipping and pairing with just about anything.
