From its seasonal gose-style cider line, Graft’s winter release includes winter berries that pops with creamy hints of hibiscus, vanilla, orris root and pink sea salt. This sour cider has a nice sweetness to it and makes for a festive treat. Siblings Kyle and Sara Sherrer started the cidery focusing on bringing sour cider to the masses which is why their gose series is a must-try.

This specific rendition is made by pressing apples early in the season and then freezing the juice until it’s highly concentrated and brought in for fermentation.
