Red Branch Cider Company in Sunnyvale, California has been around since 1995, and offers a sweet and unique twist to their mixes. Using honey from the Pacific Northwest, all of their ciders have a cyser, or fermented honey and apple base. Red Branch has a fun array of selects all flavored with natural ingredients, including hard cherry and lemonade as well as small batch ciders including hard apricot and peach.

Red Branch Cider Company Hard Apple and Honey pours a light golden color. Tart fruit and citrus wafts up to the nose as bubbles cling to the edges of the glass. The cider has a clean taste, the apple and honey hits the top of the tongue with a finish of a little bite of acid in the back. No additives or any extra sugar, the label on the bottle proudly displays the only ingredients used inside, apple and honey cider.
