From this Tennessee cidery’s Single Origin series, this is exclusively Winesap apples from a singular farm. Made sparkling via the ancient yet affordable méthode ancestrale (Google it), this cider is light on aromas but heavy on flavor and texture. Dried apple, earth and lemon peek out on the nose but come in full force on the palate, where approachable fruit meets big bubbles that pop with apple gusto and lemon luster, finishing full and dry.
