“TASTING CIDER: The CIDERCRAFT® Guide to the Distinctive Flavors of North American Hard Cider,” the complete guide to North America’s oldest beverage, celebrates hard cider’s rich history and its modern makers with cocktail and food recipes galore. The book was officially released on July 27 and we plan to celebrate!
IN SEATTLE:
The team at Seattle Cider Co. — and one of the featured makers in the book — are co-hosting the Seattle launch event with us at The Woods taproom in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood! We will be raising glasses at this free event, with cider, special releases and tasting flights available for purchase from the cidery, plus book sales, signings and giveaways from author Erin James and the CIDERCRAFT crew. We hope to see you there!

The event is free for entry with cider, special releases and tasting flights available for purchase from Reverend Nat’s, plus Finnriver, WildCraft Ciderworks, 2 Towns Ciderhouse and more! Cider and book sales will be running, including signings and giveaways from author Erin James and the CIDERCRAFT crew. We hope to see you there!
