Cider tap takeovers, cider tastings, cider dinners, a cider festival and a conference of cider makers from around the world are all planned to take place in Baltimore during the last week of January and first weekend of February. To commemorate one of the largest concentrations of cider events ever held on the East Coast, the Mayor of Baltimore Catherine Pugh has declared January 30 through February 3 as Cider Week in Baltimore.
